Hi, I’m Cynthia Ankrah. I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, licensed in both New York and New Jersey. I specialize in both psychotherapy and medication management – including prescribing controlled substances as a DEA-licensed provider.

I believe healing starts with feeling seen, heard, and understood. That’s why I take a collaborative, judgment-free approach – creating a treatment plan that honors your story and fits your real life. My care is deeply holistic, focused on your emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
